This spacious, bright home is located within the South Gate of Ocean Pines near Ocean City, MD, and offers an inviting open floor plan. It is located in a safe area for bike riding, near the waterfront and amazing parks. While vacationing at this lovely home, you can enjoy the quiet screened porch for a cup of morning coffee and an updated kitchen has all of the luxuries of home!

Nearby activities and attractions include Ocean Pines Golf Course, beaches, bike riding, indoor/outdoor pools (open to the public at daily rates), shopping, dining, fishing, walking trails, tennis, pickleball, Assateague Island, and Ocean Downs Casino.

Inside, the whole gang can kick back and relax on the main level between the living room and kitchen. There is a large island for food prep and snacking. Plenty of TVs and WiFi throughout the home. Perfect for a family vacation, golf outing, girls trip, or wedding weekend retreat.

Family Holiday

A Perfect Choice

Our party of 4 senior golfers found this to be a perfect choice for the week.each person had their own bedroom and bathroom plus the living room provided a nice gathering spot. Communication was excellent and the amenities were first class.

The house was very good for us. Amenities like access to YouTubeTV and Amazon Prime for watching football and baseball was a nice bonus. Some issue with getting the basement room warm. Otherwise a great place for 4 guys to stay for a golf vacation and there was room for more guys if necessary.

Good Golf Weekend

Great home for a group of golfers. Clean and space for the 4 of us. Guys want to rent the same place for our fall trip.Only negative was we were looking forward to a fireplace after a spring day out in the rain, it didn’t work.

lovely home

lots of space. The downstairs was a nice gateway for my son for his 'man cave', very clean, no weird smells. Kitchen, livingroom and main bedrooms are on 2nd floor, just a heads up for people who may have difficulty with stairs. The HVAC was efficient for cold days and hot ones. The air controls downstairs were tricky, we had to turn them up to 89 degrees to get enough warm air downstairs. One thing to watch out for is the hot water. It's set on soooo hot, it would burn a child and theres no way in fixing it because water heater is behind the locked down in garage. Laundry shoot was fun !Overall a great place to stay!! we were there for 6 weeks while our bathrooms were being remodeled and it was comfortable and felt like home!
