The loaction of the property was very unique everything was accessible quite easily the best part was transport. The bit I did not like was the pillow it was very uncomfortable.

Travelled as a solo traveller hotel was absolutely fantastic. Staff were so helpful and friendly with any questions. The free travel card was a huge bonus especially being so close to the HBF. Loved the hotel and Berlin I will be back very soon. Only thing I would change is maybe I will ask next time for some extra pillows in the room as they are quite thin. Thanks for a great few days away!

The hotel is 5 min walking from Berlin Central Station and therefore it is very well connected. Unfortunately, as for all the stations in the big cities, it may be a little unsafe at night. The hotel is clean, my room was spacious and the bed quite comfortable. Staff is friendly too. I may consider to get back in future.

Had some issues at check in but we were a large group with a couple of different arrival dates. Hotel was very clean and breakfast great. Two minute walk to train station and for any tourists a one minute walk to where a lot of bus tours pick up.

The staff was excellent! but the hotel has limited staff other than those at the reception and cleaners. There is no room service and an existing automat at the lobby is poor and expensive. Must confess I was impressed with the Staff but very disappointed with what I have been delivered for ca. 300 euros a day. With the same money I would be in a 4-5 stars hotel everywhere else in Europe.

Definitely the worse hotel I’ve ever been. To be honest it shouldn’t be named a ‘Hotel’, it’s more a kind of a low level youth hostel. Rooms are small, old and dusty. Bathroom are not to be spoken about. Breakfast should also be avoided (45 min. before the official end time of breakfast you can’t find any bread or croissant and they just answer you that it’s finished). The crazy thing is that this hotel is a step brother of the Steigenberger hotel but deferences are crazy. It’s better to sleep at the Berlin Hauptbahnhof itself and not in this lousy ‘hotel’. Avoid this Intetcity Hotel at all costs.

Clean and convenient, staff were friendly and helpful. Room and hotel perfectly adequate for a weekend break in Berlin. Most of the famous attractions are within walking distance and the train station is next door for further afield travel.

While the location was amazing for our needs - conveniently right near the main train station and a relatively short walk to Brandenburg gate - we were disappointed by the housekeeping. Two attempts were made to get our rooms cleaned and serviced. A previous occupant had left a lot of mud on the carpet near the window (hidden by the curtain.) We pulled back the curtain to discover/display the mess but it was never cleaned during our stay. In fact, two different times the room was serviced, toilet paper was not replaced, the shower gel was left empty and the tissue box stayed empty as well. Breakfast was great and the hotel staff seemed super nice but not sure what was going on with housekeeping. Good value for the price if you are not too concerned with the housekeeping aspect.

All good apart from the pillows.
Great location, tidy and clean hotel and I had a great view of the railway line out the window. My only problem was the bed, in particular the pillows which were far too thin to be comfortable and wasn't able to sleep all the way through the night at all during my stay.
