Hello,thank you very much for the detailed review regarding your stay in our hotel Holiday Inn Express Berlin Alexanderplatz.We are sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us.Our garage is very small that's why we do not reserve the spots in advance. But if our garage is full we are always recommending our guests the parking of the shopping center Rathaus Passagen which is only a 7 minutes walk away from the hotel and costs 12 per day. Unfortunately when our hotel is fully booked the restaurant for breakfast is very crowded at certain times, thats why we have a sign in our elevators advising our guests which time is best for breakfast to avoid waiting.Thank you for your stay and have a nice weekend.
