House:
Holiday home (winter suitable) was completely renovated in 2016 and has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There are also 2 storage rooms.
New furniture!
In the garden is the terrace and a lawn with 2 beach chairs and a bike shelter!
No laundry and towel service!

Surroundings:
The holiday home is surrounded by lakes, river, canals and ponds. There are numerous bathing facilities (200m) and 3 beaches (1km) with children's playgrounds nearby. The Europa and Havelradweg is a few meters from the house and connects Brandenburg / Havel with Potsdam.
Numerous fishing possibilities are available at the ponds or the Havel. A boat bridge to the use and a boat with motor (not in the rent) can be used. In the neighboring town there is a train connection to Brandenburg, Werder, Potsdam or Berlin.
An excursion location (Havelstübchen) is about 300m away!

Gut für Radfahrer
Sauberes, modernisiertes kleines Ferienhaus. Im Sommer lädt dieses Haus zum Rad-, Bootfahren und Wanderungen in der nahen Umgebung ein. Potsdam und Werder sind schnell zu erreichen.

Tolles, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage
Das Ferien ist groß und modern eingerichtet, der Garten ist optimal für Kinder. Nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt ein schöner Wanderweg.

Super Lage, nettes Häuschen, aber es gibt Verbesserungsbedarf...
Das Ferienhaus ist hübsch eingerichtet, allerdings nicht optimal ausgestattet. Da kommt es natürlich darauf an, welche Ansprüche man hat. Um nur dort zu schlafen, ist alles top, aber wenn man mehr Zeit in dem Haus verbringen möchte, fehlt es ein bisschen an Komfort. Kochutensilien könnten etwas mehr sein und die Sitzgelegenheiten, also Couch und Sessel sind sehr unbequem. Vielleicht ist das für junge Leute o.k., aber für ältere eher nicht. Die Betten allerdings sind alle sehr gut!!! 👍👍👍 Leider waren auch ein paar Sachen defekt, was wir dem Vermieter detailliert mitgeteilt haben. Ich gehe davon aus, dass das behoben wird. Ausserdem fehlen Liegestühle, um den Garten zu nutzen und die dortige Ruhe zu genießen. Die Lage ist wirklich toll, total ruhig, der Havelradweg ist ganz nah, viel Wald und Wasser drumherum. Wirklich sehr schön.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Die Küche ist klasse ausgestattet. Schneebesen, Töpfe und Schüsseln in verschiedenen Größen vorhanden. Vom Schnapsglas bis zum Sektglas alles da. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Kleine Anmerkung: Bei dem einen Gartentor hängt die Klinke immer mal und dann lässt es sich nur schwer öffnen.

Ein toller Urlaub

Sehr schöne Woche in ruhiger Lage
Wir (2 Erw., 2 Kinder) hatten in dem wirklich sauberen Häuschen eine sehr schöne Woche. Danke für den Tipp, ab Bahnhof Werder nach Berlin zu fahren, hat super funktioniert. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man vom Haus aus wunderbar bis Brandenburg oder Potsdam mit dem Fahrrad fahren.
