Neues,schön eingerichtetes Haus im chaotischen Umfeld.

Pros: Das Haus war schön eigerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Cons: Das Grundstück war sehr ungepflegt und unaufgeräumt. Alte Ruinen (Nebengebäude - Stall, Schuppen, Garage) waren halb verfallen, mit Unkraut überwuchert und mit Material vollgestellt. Auch auf dem Grundstück lagen Steine, Sandhaufen und anderes Material . Von der Terasse aus hat man auf dieses und eine halb verfallene Mauer geblickt. In einem Garten kann es auch mal etwas Unkraut geben, aber hier war kein System zu erkennen. Wenn ich ein Haus zu dem Preis vermiete, muss auch das Umfeld stimmen. Am 16.7. war durch Baumfällarbeiten den ganzen Tag Lärm. Hierfür bitten wir um eine Gutschrift.

Ferienhaus am Rande von Berlin

Wir haben als Gruppe das ganze Haus gemietet. 2 Wohnungen die mit liebe Eingerichtet sind. Großer Garten dabei mit der Möglichkeit zu Grillen.Edeka und Griechisches Restaurant gleich nebenan. Parkplätze auf Grundstück. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern super. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort und würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen
