Charming 2-room city-apartment, center of Berlin, very quiet, family-friendly

We offer a charming, quiet two-room apartment in one of the nicest quarters of Berlin. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a very well-kept Art Nouveau house with several historical details, e.g. beautiful Art Nouveau mosaics in the portal/entrance area. It is completely equipped with parquet flooring and is very bright. The spacious living-room with integrated kitchen is furnished with a dining table, Art Nouveau sideboard and a very comfortable sofa (double bed). There are flowers and herbs blooming in front of the generous windows, the latter can be harvested by you when required. Open the windows and have breakfast in the sun from mid-March to mid-October! Like the living-room, the cozy little bedroom with double bed also offers a nice view of the inner courtyard twined around with vine. Our apartment is suitable for 2 to 5 persons and also for 2 persons, who would like to sleep in separate rooms. The pretty little bathroom can be accessed separately from both rooms.

Great Stay in the Heart of Berlin

wonderful apartment located steps away from everything Berlin. The apartment was amazingly quiet and comfortable but walking distance from cafes, amazing resturants and bakeries. Loved our stay

Cozy and comfortable place in great neighborhood

Our family of 5 (all adults) were very comfortable staying here in Berlin. Neighborhood is quiet and safe with restaurants nearby and easy walk to public transportation. Janos was a great host and provided us will all of the basics, including freshly ground coffee, water and chocolates. Would stay here again.

quiet, comfortable stay

My teenage son and I stayed here for several weeks during renovations in our home in Berlin and we enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very clean and in a beautiful neighbourhood. All the charming old touches made me feel like I was staying with Oma. The host is very considerate and helpful and we enjoyed our conversations during check in and check out. We would stay here again and would also recommend it to friends and family.

Fantastic

Our stay was perfect. Janos is a lovely host and takes care of every detail. We have to highlight the cleanliness of the flat, I have been to many accommodations but I have never found one so clean. The location is very good as it is very close to public transport. When we return to Berlin we will stay again in Janos' house, we have been at home.

A very pleasant stay

We spent 4 days in the apartment with our two teenage daughters and can highly recommend the place. The apartment is a bit small, but very cosy and is situated in a beautiful art de noveau building in Charlottenburg; a vibrant neighborhood with lots of nice cafés, restaurants, and shops. And Janos is an excellent host, who provided us with a lot of useful information and did a big effort to make us feel welcome.

Had a lovely stay. The apartment was quiet in a lovely quiet area. Lots of places to eat nearby and close to the train station. Really well equipped. Fab coffee!!! tough check in day, good place, kind host

The place itself is nice and the host is very kind. The check in process was miserable for us. We got to Berlin at 9am and got to the property at 11am and dropped off our luggage which was very gracious of the host. We however were not allowed to go into our rental until 5:20pm as the host said it was being cleaned. We had been told upon booking we would be let in around 3-4pm. We had just gotten off of an international flight from the United States and just wanted to somewhere to rest. Despite us asking desperately if we could just rest in the apartment and clearly stating that we DID NOT CARE if it was messy, the host refused to let us in. He then took about half an hour to explain everything in the property while we were extremely fatigued and just wanted to rest. The host is very chatty and does not read the room. The rest of the stay was good and he was kind. He helped us with our luggage which was very helpful.

Schöne Altbauwohnung in zentraler Lage von Charlottenburg

Wir hatten schon im Vorfeld eine sehr ausführliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, was sich auch beim freundlichen Empfang in der Wohnung fortsetzte. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines wunderschönen Altbauensembles mit Blick zum ruhigen Innenhof. Sie ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und sauber. Es gibt ein separates Schlafzimmer und einen Schlafplatz im Wohn-/Esszimmer. Mit reichlich Schrankkapazität ist die Wohnung auch für vier Personen geeignet. - Die Lage in Charlottenburg (zwei Minuten zum S-Bahnhof Savignyplatz) ist zentral und ideal für einen Besuch in Berlin.

Petit appartement bien aménagé et très bien placé

Cet appartement est très bien placé pour visiter Berlin, à proximité des transports en commun. Il y a également tout le nécessaire souvent absent des locations (sel/poivre, huile, vinaigre, thé, café, pastilles lave-vaisselle). Il est assez petit pour 5 mais suffisant pour un séjour touristique. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dès le matin mais nous n'avons pas pu accéder à l'appartement avant 18h passées. Comme on était arrivés le matin par le nightjet (et que nous avons eu beaucoup de problèmes avec ce train et n'avions quasiment pas dormis), on aurait préféré avoir les clés plus tôt.

Super Lage, ruhig und sehr sauber

Die kleine Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Fußläufig waren wir in 3-5 Minuten bei der S-Bahn-Station Savignyplatz. Durch die Lage im Innenhof war es sehr leise. Die Gegend rund um die Wohnung war sehr schön mit vielen Restaurants.

Der Vermieter Herr Draskóczy ist ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher Vermieter. Schon im Vorfeld der Anreise hat er sehr umfänglich über die Örtlichkeiten, die Anreise und andere Details informiert. Die Wohnung war ideal gelegen für Ausflüge in und um Berlin. Es war alles da, was man braucht.

Sehr zentral und charmant berlinisch

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Berlin, die Wohnung war praktisch und vor allem sehr zentral gelegen, so dass man sehr gut überall hin konnte. Die Dusche war besonders, man brauchte eine Einweisung für den Gebrauch, aber alles machbar ohne große Probleme. Für die Lage rechtfertigt sich wohl auch der Preis, wir würden wieder hinfahren. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und weist einen sehr genau in die Nutzung der Wohnung ein.

Wir waren zu zweit und hatten eine gute Unterkunft, nichts hat gefehlt, sehr ruhige Wohnung zum Innenhof ohne unliebsame Geräuschkulisse. Zentrale Lage, ohne PKW ganz problemlose Bewegung in der Stadt. Exzellente Betreuung durch den Vermieter!!
