In 2024 the owners installed a new stainless steel stove and microwave in the roomy kitchen.
Make your vacation memories in "A Pawfect Sandy Hideaway" home. This canal front home offers three floors of living space and bedrooms to comfortably accommodate your family. The entry level to the home has a great den for the kids to hang out in. They can gather after a long day at the beach and unwind, or watch a movie. The entry level also has a garage so you can store all of your beach equipment, bikes, or car. The 2nd level of this home serves as your main living space with hard wood floors. The open floor plan allows you to easily move from kitchen to dining room to the living room. Grab a quick breakfast bite at the kitchen counter area, or plan a family dinner in the dining area with sliders overlooking the deck and water. The living room is the perfect cozy spot for a relaxing afternoon of book reading or evening downtime. The 2nd level also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious back deck over looking the water is accessible from the 2nd floor living area. This serves as a great place to watch the sky change colors at sunset or sunrise. Below the deck is a shaded patio for use on those hot days. The stairway from the living room leads to the 3rd floor, with yet two more bedrooms and a 3rd bathroom. You can choose to sit by the bulkhead if you want to experience the water at a closer view. Take some time and enjoy watching the boats float in and out, or even catch a fish or two. Bed sizes: 3 Queens, 2 twins. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES. The boat dock is a "shared dock" with the neighbors. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. Cancellation fee will apply. ADDITIONAL NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF $150.00 APPLIES PER PET. IT WILL BE ADDED ONCE YOU ARE CONTACTED BY THE RENTAL MANAGER. VRBO/HOME AWAY RENTAL AMOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PET FEE. Very nice

The property was amazing. Area was a little too dark at night which made driving difficult but the description of the actual property was on point. Loved the seclusion and quiet. An absolutely perfect getaway.

What a lovely beach home! Easy to get everywhere from here! We enjoyed quiet, relaxing times at the house, days at the beach in Ocean City and even a day at Assateague. Ping pong table was fun to have available. We would consider staying here again.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our week long stay at a Pawfect Salty Hideaway! The pictures in the listing did not do justice to how nice the house is. Everything was very clean. The view of the water was beautiful at any time of day. Our pups quickly felt right at home and the kids enjoyed having their own floor! Great place to stay for families with pets!

Great family vacation

The house is very spacious and the description is accurate. Although this house is dog friendly, it was very clean and didn’t have a dog smell to it. It was very quiet as is always the case when staying in Ocean Pines. We stayed with three young children and our dog and everyone enjoyed it. Families with older teenagers would do well here too as there is plenty of space. The one suggestion I would make is to sand and stain the deck. We would stay here again and would recommend this house to others!

Great location in Ocean Pines

We had a great stay! The house was a perfect size for two families and I loved that the kids had their own floor with a full bathroom. There are a few needed updates to the property that would have been nice, but everything we needed was there and functional. The location within Ocean Pines was great too. At one point I got locked out and the management company was super helpful and let us in very quickly even though it was off hours. We even caught a few crabs off the dock….very cool for the kiddos! Thanks for a great stay! We’ll be back!

Great Stay

This was the cleanest home we have ever stayed at! Exactly as it was advertised. There was one issue with the coffee pot not working. I called and it was replaced within 2 hours. I say this not to complain, but rather to show how responsive the management company is. 100% we will stay here again when we travel back to the area!

Perfect spot for a family with dogs!

Spacious, clean and a huge deck with a gate for kids or dogs. Very quiet with a beautiful view.
