"Wife really loved the place. I like the in room laundry, so a nice stop on longer trips. Room we had was spacious and very comfortable. Good location and the underground Opera parkade was clean and secure. Did not cost as much as I was figuring I’d be hosed for."

"We had an early flight and the Novotel Airport was very convenient. Shuttle was good and spacious. Drivers were kind and considerate. Staff at the hotel was kind and helpful. The only inconvenience was to have to go to airport to take the train to Brussels central, because shuttle stops around 10:30 pm"
