"The accommodations were very nice. The room was very clean, with up to date bathroom/shower. The room had the necessities, tv, microwave and fridge. It was budget friendly. Nice quaint shops nearby to explore. The staff was helpful assisting us to get an iron and ironing board since one wasn't in the room. The manager was not on-site but very helpful via phone/text. He provided ideas on local restaurants for us. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree in Reading. The check-in process was seamless (and the signature warm cookie is always a plus!). Our room was clean, quiet, and the AC kept everything perfectly cool throughout the night. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with local recommendations. It’s also conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!"

"For the amount of the stay I believe that it should be a lot cleaner. The room had a very sticky floor, which I did ask the very pleasant lady at the front desk to please send house keeping to clean. She immediately had it taken care of. The cabinet that holds the refrigerator had no handle to open. I had to improvise to get it open. The water pressure was very low and there are not many TV channels. After, like a few minutes the TV reception went and could no longer watch TV. Garbage piled up near elevator. The room and hallway have musty smell and my husband and I had no desire to stay, we checked out early. "

"The facility is older and almost a bit rustic. The room was absolutely immaculate and although a bit “bare bones,” the bathroom was updated. Common areas, such as the lobby, were comfortable and inviting. Great coffee! Accommodating staff. Would consider staying there again."
