Would just like to say staff were amazing but when we arrived at hotel we did not have the room we asked for witch i think was not acceptable as i booked the hotel well in advance due to the stay also asked for more pillows for the room and did not get them not good again and on checkout they could not even find my name in the computer as again not good also you had children running around the restaurant in the morning when breakfast was on and there could have been a serious accident with hot teas and coffee due to you having to get your own from the machine thankyou mrs brooker.

Second stay here, really comfortable but the msin thing is that the staff are absolutely brilliant. I dont know who recruits them but they are just lively people.

Only issues were in restaurant where there were too few staff and service extremely slow with kitchen priority clearly given to Xmas party catering . The only waitress worked hard and did the best she could .

Friendly staff, comfortable room, lovely breakfast choices, convenient to the freeway, and easy parking. The only two negatives: needs new carpeting throughout, looks old and dated with lots of stains; heating in the rooms can be overbearing and difficult to cool down...despite turning down the thermostat, it would turn back on again after a certain period of time...not good for a woman who is going through hot flushes! lol Overall a fabulous stay, highly recommend and would stay again.

Room was lil stinky, on arrival we were told the payment is not done, but we had paid thru Hotels.com, Breakfast was not great, regular stuff like croissants or hasbrown were missing Overall even after paying heavy tariff it was disappointing

Comfortable and spacious.
Staff member was absolutely wonderful and made check in simple and swift. Room was nice and spacious with comfortable beds. Only issue was the room being too hot throughout the night even when thermostat was turned down. It automatically increased in temp, which was a little uncomfortable.

Staff was very welcoming and we had a comfortable room and slept very well. The location was ideal. Some of the carpets and furnishings are in need of replacement but that was not an issue for us.

Floors were filthy, cleaned our room but left the garbage, including our breakfast plates. Staff really friendly with our kids and ourselves, which made up for things. Great having a free breakfast every Monday, really helped with getting the kids fed for cheap. Room got really hot and couldn’t control the temperature.

Staff were really friendly, location was great as just off the M4 and the room was clean and tidy which is all you need. Plus the breakfast was delicious and open til 11 so we even managed a lie in!

The staff at the reception were always so helpful. I noticed they had a sign by the desk that says something along the lines of them trying to help with anything to the best of their ability. We arrived early and got lost on the way, so we were rushing to leave our suitcases in the lobby. They tried to have us check in early but the staff were trying to help different customers with something about a customer’s medication so we did not get to wait. On our check-out we had to get a taxi to get to the airport and the receptionist was kind enough to book us one. Really above and beyond not only for us but for other customers we overhear every time we are by the desk. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
