"The property is getting very tired and in need of renovation and replacement of fixtures/fittings etc. Situ of property is excellent and no issues with staff. I arrived not knowing there wasn’t a lift at the property and I’m am on crutches. Our room was changed within 10 minutes to a ground floor upgraded room at no extra charge.
