"Beautiful, cozy home! Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as described, very clean, and had plenty of room to accommodate all 9 of us. We loved that the house was decorated for Christmas…it was so relaxing to sip hot chocolate by the fireplace with just the glow of the Christmas tree lights on. Check in / check out was a breeze. The two screened porches is where you’ll want to spend your days taking in the treetop views while listening to the scampering of deer or the rustling of the afternoon breeze. Sip your morning coffee from the plush porch chairs. Light a campfire and gather your friends under the stars. Dine outdoors or in, but enjoy the elevated cooking experience in this modern chefs kitchen. Curl up with a good book or bring pen and paper as your next book is inspired in this tranquil peaceful setting. Sore muscles after a day of hiking? Enjoy a massage from the therapeutic hot tub open year around. Need to cool off from the summer sun? Take a dip in the community pool, just a short 1mile from our home. (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Your group pool pass is included for FREE.

"Wildlife was abound. We saw woodpeckers, deer and wild turkeys. Even a toad visited us as the camp fire. The beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of bathrooms so no one has to share. Great for friends or family reunions. We will be back!" ~Kelly

Step inside and be amazed by this dazzling new chalet that appears to be built among the treetops. Bask in the views from every room and the natural light from the large windows in the open kitchen, dining, living area. The chefs kitchen is perfect for entertaining or to be entertained with sleek gold fixtures, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, quartz counters, and more. This main level provides one full hall bath and one guest room with a king size bed. Also on this floor, a master suite boasts a comfy king size bed, and adjoining master bath.

"The hot tub in the screened-in porch was PERFECT. I enjoyed quite a few French Press Coffees on the screened in porch in the mornings, it was lovely and serene. Everything was clean and Katie was an amazing communicator. Will be back for sure!" ~Evan

Journey down to the second floor to kick off a fun night with friends. Enjoy a game of poker or bumper pool, or cozy up for a movie from our large DVD selection. This level provides a second ensuite that offers another plush king size bed with attached full bath. The 4th bedroom has an antique cherry sleigh queen bed with access to the fourth full hall bath. For those extra friends, they will enjoy a good night of rest on the queen murphy bed tucked in the corner of the rec room.

"This was an amazing house for our family vacation - 2 adults, one teenager, one tween but it can accommodate more comfortably. We used the hot tub and fire pit and took full advantage of the well-equipped kitchen. The house is situated nicely in the mountain woods and we enjoyed all of the fall foliage around the area. Everything was clean and communication was excellent. Cacapon park and a visit to Antietam were highlights." -Liz
