"We had a fantastic time in this cottage. The sheep and chickens are walking freely around the cottage, but can't access the garden/cottage through the gate. This makes it perfect for small children and pets as well, because they can't just run into the low-traffic street. Everything needed was provided, even bed linen, towels, some cleaning supplies etc. Wifi was fully operational and stable (important for the children) and Netflix, Youtube and Twitch could be connected to the smart-tv....

"The property owners were great and made sure our arrival was welcoming with great info and welcome pack. The property is a unique original cottage with hone comforts and incredible view. There are some great walks and lots of activities nearby and a visit to ye older ferrie inn is a must. As with anywhere in this area to get the most you have to prepared to be a bit active and there are a few steps required to get down to the cottage but definitely worthwhile. "I've tried to speak with the owner before posting this but have had no reply. Beautiful location completely spoilt by the classic/abandoned cars in the front garden making it unsafe for children and dogs. Field next door is similarly blighted. This spot is a blot on the otherwise beautiful scenery. 2 cookers both in need of deep and thorough clean. 1 grill and 1 oven not working. Fridges and surfaces clean. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems .
