The hot tub charge per night could either be wavered for first night as check in is only at 4pm, you don’t have time to heat up tub, so you paying for something you don’t get to use. Upstairs villa was noisy the whole stay complained to reception - I’m still waiting for feedback. Second day villa upstairs left hose on in tube so all the water came flooding down onto us while in hot tub, to top it off they didn’t answer door so...

"The self catering unit met all our needs. The enclosed garden was perfect for our small yorkies. The units are of decent size, comfortable beds. The premises are well-maintained. This is a perfect location to explore Langebaan and Paternoster. R500 deposit is required upon check in. Staff on duty complained about a check in complaint we had - very unprofessional. "

"Wir hatten für vier Nächte das Oyster-Zimmer gebucht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt: Direkt am Strand und wenige Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Unterkunft verfügbar. Die Unterkunft so wie unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Auffallend ist, dass die Unterkunft schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist und man hat den Eindruck, dass hier nicht viel investiert wird, um das zu ändern. In unserem Zimmer war ein Whirlpool, bei Ankunft wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass dieser...
