Front desk staff are helpful. Breakfast room attendants are good. Food is average.

The room was kept clean. The staff extremely nice and attentive. Breakfast was good and the dinning area very clean. It was walking distance from Academia gallery.

Excellent location, right outside of the Duomo with a beautiful terrace to sit outside in the evening. Good location for shopping. The ice cream selections at the snack bar are excellent, snacks and coffee provided in the morning. 24/7 staff available.

Internet struggles when in the rooms, but the rooftop bar/pool area has strong wifi and it's a much better place to setup if you have to do some light work. The views are stunning from the rooftop, you can watch the sun set and skip the tourist trap spots for that. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The bar staff makes the absolute best Aperol Spritz we found in the city as well as a Hugo Spritz (our new favorite). Breakfast is delicious and covers both local and international options. We highly recommend staying here as it's perfectly located in the city for all the major sightseeing options. Will definitely be back.
