The single-family house, facing south, overlooks our private courtyard.
With a surface area of 63 m², it was completely renovated in 2000 and can accommodate 4 people.
Wifi connection is included.
On the ground floor :
An entrance hallway.
A kitchen - living room.
A small storage room and a WC.
- Kitchen area: sink, 4-burner combination hob, electric oven, extractor, fridge.
Complete kitchen equipment and dishes for 4 people.
- Living room: Table, 4 chairs, 2 seater sofa, "Voltaire" armchair, coffee table, television.
- A toilet.
- A closet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a 160 x 200 double bed (slatted base), 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed: 140 x 190 (slatted base) and a wardrobe.
- The bathroom: a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.

Super beliggenhed i rolig bymidte med gode indkøbsmuligheder med nem adgang til byerne og bjergene i området. Tæt på to større byer Selestat og Colmar. Flink vært og parkering lige ved siden af boligen.
