Welcome to Le Cocon de Puypezac, a warm haven nestled in Bergerac, designed as a true invitation to relaxation, tranquility, and reconnection with yourself. At Le Cocon de Puypezac: 90m² apartment for 4 to 5 people, on the ground floor of our house, in a peaceful natural setting but close to Bergerac (5 minutes by car from the city centre) and all shops. Just a 1-minute drive away you have the NETTO (with a laundromat) and the greenway that connects to Lake Pombonne or the dam playground. Accommodation with a private entrance, a large living/dining room. A kitchen with the option to eat there and an utility room that serves as a laundry room. 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180x190cm), an alcove near the living room with a single bed (90x190cm). Baby cot (new) available upon request. Bathroom with shower and toilet (baby bath available upon request). Fully equipped accommodation: air conditioning, kitchen, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator (supplies such as coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, and toilet paper are provided). TV with all Freebox channels, free parking for two cars, free Wi-Fi. Private garden with barbecue, a table with 5 chairs, and garden furniture on the wooden terrace facing your entrance. Enjoy a view of the garden from your private (fenced) space. We accept dogs (maximum 2, and owners must clean up after their pets in the garden). A thorough cleaning is included for your comfort. However, we ask that you leave the accommodation as you found it, taking care of the essentials (everything is provided for this). In the living room you will find board games, comics, books, a stereo, CDs, tourist brochures... ☆☆BED LINEN PROVIDED, BEDS MADE☆☆ If towels are required, there will be an additional charge of 10 euros for 4 people and 5 euros for 2. ☆☆THE ACCOMMODATION IS ENTIRELY NON-SMOKING☆☆ If needed, we will be happy to give you advice on places to visit, good restaurants, and wines.
