    In a warm atmosphere combining all the charm of old buildings and the most modern equipment, you can enjoy the 80m2 of this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

    Let yourself be seduced by this ancient residence built in 1736 by a merchant of the city and enjoy this apartment on the ground floor.

    The little extras:

    The WI-FI, exclusively dedicated to the cottage, is available free of charge.
    A jacuzzi is present on the outdoor terrace and accessible in all seasons.
    For your grill, a gas barbecue is present on the same terrace.
    A covered and secure parking space is at your disposal about fifty meters from the house and about thirty meters from the Market Hall. The beep will be delivered upon arrival.

Very cool ( literally) Appartement in the Center of Bergerac. Location is great, as it is central but not loud.Another plus is the parking garage close by.We enjoyed our stay very much.The only minor critique is that due to the „jacusi“- we did not try - there is hardly place to sit outside.

Perfect stay in Bergerac

This apartment is a gem located in the old section of Bergerac (which we also consider a "gem"). The apartment is convenient to everything, - pattiserie, restaurants and the beautiful Dordogne that flows through town. Everything was perfect from kitchen to bathroom to the Jacuzzi outside the back door. We are independent travelers so didn't need much help from Madame Laure but she made it clear that whatever we might need, she would be there to assist. Can't recommend this property highly enough. We loved the apartment and we loved Bergerac.

A lovely cool apartment, well suited to the heat of the summer

As two couples we found the apartment quite delightful. The air conditioning was a real bonus, with the hot summer that we have just experienced. Each bedroom has its own "aircon", as do the hall and sitting area. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding and towels were probably the best quality that we've used in our twelve weeks of touring France this summer. A washing / laundry machine and a basing for washing hands in the toilet would have made the overall experience even better.

Appartement de charme très bien situé au cœur de Bergerac. On est très bien dans cet appartement qui allie l’ancien (vieilles pierres) avec une décoration plus moderne (grande salle d’eau avec douche à l’italienne et cuisine ouverte fonctionnelle). L’hôte a été très disponible (au téléphone et par SMS). Séjour parfait en tout point !
