It is a nice and convenient central place to stay! Everything lies within a 15 min walking distance and there are both grocery stores and eateries within your immediate vicinity. Definitely a good pick of hotel.

Charming smallish hotel about 10 mins walk from centre. Staff fabulous and helpful, great breakfast. I had the basic single room, small but perfect for my requirements..will stay again if make it back to Bergen!

The perfect place for my stay in Bergen. A quiet and beautiful area within walking distance to everything. Welcoming staff and clean simple rooms with comfy beds. A big selection for breakfast and loved the waffles offered in the evening. Will definitely stay here again next time I come!

I was very pleased with my stay here. The building is immaculately cleaned. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has an excellent breakfast buffet and free freshly made waffles during the day. It is about a 10 minute walk to most attractions (fish market, etc.) and is located in a quiet neighborhood. If I am ever back in Bergen I would definitely stay here again.

Great place off the tourist track

This is a superb place to feel *just a bit* like a local. The location is central but away from the main tourist hotels in a residential neighborhood with great views. The breakfast is Norwegian with enough items that you aren’t locked in to something you might not want to eat. The staff is wonderfully helpful with directions and plans. Rooms are not large but the complete package is a great deal.

A good choice of small hotel in Bergen. 10 mins walk from the city centre in a quiet location. Excellent breakfast and nice staff Room was modern and comfortable with tea/coffee, decent storage space and a nice bed. Ensuite was clean but a little small.

The property is located in a quiet historic area only 5 minutes gentle walk down to the town centre and thus easily accessible when arriving by public transport. The room was spacious and had a good sized ensuite bathroom. The free waffles between 5 and 8pm were particularly unexpected and the breakfast was comprehensive and plentiful. Well worth the money and I will visit again if in Bergen

Pros: Nice and clean, well located. Great complimentary breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Afternoon waffles and tea. Cons: Shower tends to flood the bathroom floor, so you do need to leave a towel on the floor. Room ventilation lacking, had to open up a window, during winter because there was to much humidity after showering.

Warm service in the beautiful city of Bergen

Wonderful staffs at this old style hotel on the hill near harbor. A bit of an uphill walk from the train station (or waterfront). The third floor bedroom was a bit too small even though I knew it would be small. I had the attic room, with large moonroof with some city views. There was no place to put my luggage in the room without cutting off access to bathroom, and no night table for lights or chargers for my mobile (no outlet nearby the bed). May have better algorithm with larger room. Also no elevator in the building and stairs are narrow. However the service was great!

Excelente! Nada que criticar. Desayuno súper completo (hasta había varias preparaciones de salmón). La habitación para uno el tamaño adecuado. Ubicación ideal, cerca del centro pero no tanto. Ett väldigt snyggt, rent och bekvämt rum i ett härligt hotell där man kände sig genuint välkommen. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam, utlåning av paraplyer uppskattades men även hjälp som erbjöds ständigt. Frukostbuffé med norsk stil och lyxkänsla, skulle varmt rekommendera!

Muy buena ubicación servicio limitado y no tres es

Llegue pasadas las tres de la tarde, el cuarto no estaba disponible porque tenían solo una persona para la limpieza, dejé mis cosas y me fui a recorrer. El cuarto individual pequeño, la televisión teóricamente funciona con chromecast nunca lo hizo en forma correcta. Las toallas son finitas y ásperas. La limpieza del cuarto se limitó a doblar el edredón dejaron tasa sucia. El desayuno y la atención por la tarde son buenos. El día de mi partida le solicité dejar el cuarto dos horas posterior al horario normal, y no me dieron esa atención. No es un hotel tres estrellas y media bajo ningún concepto. Habiendo anteriormente estado en Oslo en Trondheim. Lo más lindo es la ubicación del hotel que es un barrio muy bonito.
