Stayed at The NH Orio as we had an early fly from Orio al Serio AirPort. We’ve been welcomed by Mattia at the reception that when above and beyond making ourselves comfortable. Very close to the airport and the shuttle service from 4am was just what we needed. We could walk as it’s about 10 to 15 mins walk, I wouldn’t suggest it with big luggage. The room and the hotel were spotless, especially the bathroom. Spacious and modern room we had more than we needed. We dined at their restaurant, as we didn’t want to go elsewhere, food and service were good I would say a bit overpriced compared to the quality, as you can walk 5 minutes and get to the Shopping centre and find cheaper places for the same quality, but no regrets as was the most convenient choice for us after a long drive. I would strongly recommend and definitely would stay there next time.

Disappointing for the price, room and bathroom pretty basic. Gym is very small and very hot. The hotel is very convenient for an early flight, 10 minute walk from the airport.

Check in was a bit off a faff, but staff seemed nice. Room very basic and not worth the price paid. They really need to do more cleaning in this place and along with this I didn’t appreciate the sheets and pillowcases having stains all over them. A shower over a bath is very old fashioned in this day and age. Floor was sticky, not sure why but I always wore shoes when walking on the floor. There was a muggy smell in the room, which wasn’t very nice. Internet stopped working on the last day and is very slow! Quite a long walk around to the airport, you don’t think there will be , but it was. £100 a night for this is daylight robbery!! Think Italy have a lower standard for what four star is. It’s okay for one night and that’s it!

Handy for the airport and confortable
A very handy hotel 10-15 mins walk from the airport (follow signs to OrioCenter the the hotel) and right next to the large OrioCenter shopping centre with shops, restaurants etc. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, staff helpful - easy parking right under the hotel for 5 Euros a night. Not cheap but a good option for early/late flights etc.

Expensive and disappointing
The hotel is nice, however it was very cold in the room. We have a little child and it was really distressing. We turned on the heating and on top of the fact that it wasn't heating up the room, it was very noisy. What was also disappointing was the fact that when we checked out, the receptionist asked us how was our stay, but had no reaction to our complaint. For how much we paid for one night, I would definitely say this hotel is not worth it. They just take advantage of people because they are close to the airport.

Good value for money
The hotel is very close to the Airport and to the huge shopping center. We were whole evening in the shopping center and on the morning just took the airport transfer (5 minutes drive). The room was pleasant, but smell was not good and the air condition worked weak.

Bit of a walk from the airport, but acceptable. Easy check in. Room fine although bathroom a little outdated; problem with plug/drainage on bath and sink, both of which I fixed myself. Quiet night had. Good spread for breakfast, shame we didn’t have time to do it justice! Dinner was good.

Super friendly staff. Got us checked in quickly and efficiently. Restaurant on site was quite good. Wife had the fish and it was amazing. Clean rooms. Nice interior. No complaints there. Shuttle bus and on site parking was a big bonus. My only “complaint “ was the bed did not have a top sheet. We had to sleep with the duvet cover. We thought there should be a sheet between us. Other than that in mind for our next visit, we will definitely stay again.

This hotel sits opposite of the airport. It is convenient and quiet. The staffs are nice. I felt so warm when they welcomed me. It was a smart choice to stay one night here after a late flight. You can take a good rest, visit Bergamo, then take the train to Milan the next day. However, there are too few food available in the hotel at night. Better prepare some food and take back to the hotel.

Upon checking in, I opted to pay immediately for the stay rather than paying on checking out, and I did do in order that the hotel could verify the payment and therefore there would not be any reason to block the amount due on my credit card. However, my card was some hours later blocked with an equivalent amount that I had already paid from the same card. I complained about the matter but was given no valid reason except for the fact that it us the hotel’s policy. Pretty sure that given that payment was already made, such a practice must be verging on the illegal.Pity that such a hotel of good location and service is marred by such a stupid policy.

Place to stay near the airport
It’s a fine place to stay and you can walk to the airport which is great. The hotel though is extremely overpriced. A bit dated with some broken things like bedside lights and the breakfast is outrageously expensive…you we had a 6 am flight so we did not buy it. I would say for 1 night and only a night it’s fine

Perfect location for an overnight stay near the airport, Friendly and efficient check in and check out. Would have been nice to have a more welcoming bar area since there isn’t much else to do aside from the shopping center to kill time. No coffee/tea station in the room either. Our body wash dispenser in the shower didn’t work, but there was also bar soap.
