Bom hotel, o problema é o responsável pela recepção, pois não ficou claro que não há recepção no local e o atendimento pelo telefone é péssimo, pessoa sem o mínimo de educação, desligou a ligação 3 vezes. Nesse caso segue um agradecimento ao Hotéis.com, que entraram em Contato com essa pessoa e resolveu o problema. Em relação ao hotel bom quarto, mas fica num andar alto e o elevador é um negócio adaptado.

Great location and in goid condition but terrible service prior to arrival - a code is required to access the property and instructions are to contact the owner at least 24 hours in advance. This is not easy as emails are ignored, phonecalls go unanswered and even hung up when you do get through. Signage from the street and within the building is also terrible. It's a real challenge getting into your room!! On top of all that, Expedia's customer service was disgraceful and i will not be using them again - absolutely no help whatsoever.

Camera a cui si accede dal portone sulla strada digitando un codice opportunamente fornito dal gestore, che in alcuni casi si può vedere il mattino successivo nel corridoio. Il codice è utilizzato anche per le porte successive, inclusa quella della camera. Buon livello confort, come da immagini.

Posizione ottima, buona pulizia e confort. Nota negativa la gestione degli accessi e spazi comuni. Il codice accesso dato via telefono (6 cifre) sarebbe più opportuno fornirlo via sms/mail. Difficile individuare il percorso se non si vuole utilizzare il montacarichi/ascensore. Area esterna ante corridoio camere privo di illuminazione, non il massimo la notte.

Clean hotel, great location but read through info

Clean accommodation in a great location but read through the information carefully before to know what to expect and prepare for. I can really recommend this hotel but there are a few things that's really good to know beforehand: This hotel is more like an apartment hotel and has no real (traditional) reception. Make sure to call the number in your RESERVATION CONFIRMATION before arrival to arrange with codes for the doors to get in. The hotel entrance is a but hard to find (a door with a small sign on it). You need a code both for this door and for your room so make sure to get in contact with the hotel before hand and especially if arriving late. When getting out of the elevator it was a bit hard to find the rooms (access over the roof top patio). But once there and settled in this a great hotel. Clean rooms with a good sized extra bed (sofa bed) for our kid and our own balcony/terrace. The hotel manager was there during the days and was very eager to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. I can definitely recommend this hotel and I would gladly come back and stay here again. Just make sure to contact them in advance (on the number in your reservation confirmation) to make sure to get the codes to get in.

Good hotel with good location

We stayed with a family. Room we had was a little small for four people, but it was okay. Location is good! Not noisy area. Nuance with access to the hotel.... We had a late flight and we tried to call to the hotel to notify about late arrival (after midnight) as they do not have a person on the reception after (23:00 PM I think). So, since the access to the hotel is by the code they should provide a code by SMS on a phone, we did not get such message on a day of arrival, we tried to call to the hotel two times and nobody answered :( I finally ringed another two times from airplane and the person provided a code and room number. Thus, keep that in mind! Also, there is no email communication with hotel as a user. If you would like to ask/confirm something only a phone call that sometimes is not answering... Other than that, hotel has a little coffee machine, iron, very comfortable bed and good location! No breakfasts.

mi sono praticamente rotto un dito del piede

grazie a questo hotel mi sono rovinato la vacanza perché la doccia scivolosa aveva la copertura placcata dello scarico su cui erano rpesenti degli spuntoni per tenere il tappo che era staccato e su questo scivolando mi sono rotto il mignolo del piede, non potendo camminare quasi per niente vacanza rovinata, sconsiglio vivamente, avrebbero potuto fare almeno un giro nella stanza prima di consegnarcela e vedere che fosse sicura, chi si aspetta che una doccia sia con degli spuntoni? un posto dove stai per di più a piedi nudi...
