"Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"We highly recommend this hotel! From check-in to check-out, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d like to especially thank Ms.Sherbet and Ms. Debora for their exceptional service. Of course, the male staff member was also very kind, though unfortunately we didn’t get his name. During our stay, the weather was quite hot and the room temperature rose a bit, but we requested a large fan and it was promptly provided.
