Appartement dans une residence extrêmement calme, bien situé, bien agencé, avec un mobilier et ustensile un tantinet désuet ... un économe serait le bienvenu par exemple ainsi qu'une râpe manuelle fonctionnelle et des éclairages individuels chambre et qalon.
