About this property

The Well Spoke Inn | Bike to Downtown + Coler

  • Summary:

Come for the trails. Stay for the backyard. The Well Spoke Inn is a design-forward Bentonville hideaway where you can bike straight to Downtown or Coler, then come home to a hot tub, garden, fire pit, and putting green. Inside, 4 bedrooms, 2 king beds, organic cotton sheets, American Mahjong, good books, and a beautifully stocked kitchen make staying in just as good as going out. Quiet cul-de-sac, 5 minutes from Bentonville Square.

    The Space:

Welcome to The Well Spoke Inn.

This is the kind of house that makes you feel taken care of the minute you walk through the door. Professionally designed but never fussy, it feels a little like staying with your favorite aunt, the one with great taste, really good sheets, a stocked kitchen, and a backyard you never want to leave.

Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac just five minutes from the Bentonville Square, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is wonderfully unassuming from the street. But step inside, and there is so much to discover.

A beautiful garden. A big hot tub. A putting green. A wood-burning fire pit. A tree swing. Books worth reading. Games you'll actually want to play. A kitchen equipped for real cooking. And Wally, the enormous hand-carved wooden bear happily keeping watch over the backyard.

Make yourself at home. We really mean it.

    COME IN + GET COMFORTABLE

The living room is made for putting your feet up after a day in Bentonville, with comfy seating, a 60-inch Smart TV, good books, games, and plenty of room to settle in together.

Open the game cabinet, and you'll also find a beautiful American Mahjong set with the 2026 National Mah Jongg League card, ready for guests to enjoy.

Bring it out to the garden with a bottle of wine. Start a family game night. Curl up with a book. Put on a movie. There is no agenda here.

    SLEEP WELL

The split floor plan gives everyone a little breathing room.

The private primary suite is tucked on one side of the home and includes:

    • King bed

    • Ensuite bathroom

    • Garden soaking tub

    • Separate standing shower

    • Smart TV

    • Loveseat for reading or relaxing

    • Room-darkening shades

    • Soft ambient lighting

On the opposite side of the house are three additional bedrooms:

    • King bedroom with Smart TV

    • Queen bedroom

    • Twin bunk room with a dedicated desk and workspace

These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Every bedroom has 100% organic cotton sheets, room-darkening shades, and warm ambient lamps. We want the beds to feel especially good at the end of a long day, whether you spent it riding Coler, wandering Crystal Bridges, or barely left the backyard.

    THE BACKYARD

Come for the trails. Stay for the backyard.

What looks like a traditional home from the street opens into a private little garden oasis out back. Local plants and greenery surround the space, and as the sun begins to set, the landscape lighting comes on, and the whole garden seems to glow.

This is where mornings turn into afternoons and afternoons have a habit of becoming evenings.

Have coffee in the garden. Let the kids play on the tree swing. See if anything is ready to pick from the vegetable and herb garden and help yourself if it is. Challenge someone to a putting contest. Bring the Mahjong set outside. Grill dinner. Put the game on the outdoor TV.

When the sun goes down, light a fire in the wood-burning fire pit, pour another glass of wine, and eventually make your way to the hot tub.

And somewhere in the middle of all of this, you'll meet Wally, our giant hand-carved wooden bear.

Don't worry. He's in his happy place.

    Outside you'll find:

    • Large hot tub, professionally serviced weekly

    • Wood-burning fire pit

    • 10-foot putting green with adjustable putters for kids and adults

    • Tree swing for littles

    • BBQ grill

    • Outdoor TV, perfect for fall game days

    • Comfortable outdoor seating

    • Landscaped garden

    • Seasonal herbs and vegetables you're welcome to enjoy

    • Wally, obviously

It's a very good backyard for doing absolutely nothing.

    BIKE OUT THE FRONT DOOR

For the riders in the group, the location is hard to beat.

The Well Spoke Inn sits just off NW 3rd Street with direct access to a protected bike lane connecting you toward Downtown Bentonville and Coler Mountain Bike Preserve.

Ride over to Coler. Hit the trails. Stop at Airship Coffee. Bike into Downtown Bentonville for lunch or dinner. Then ride home, pull into the attached garage, and rinse off your bike before putting it away.

The garage includes secure bike storage, a workbench area, and a hose for easy post-ride cleanup.

    Then comes the important part.

    Ride. Rinse. Hot tub. Repeat.

FOR EVERYONE WHO DIDN'T COME HERE TO BIKE

    We see you.

While the mountain bikers disappear into the woods on expensive bicycles, you have options.

Take a book to the garden. Wander the Bentonville Square. Visit a museum. Play American Mahjong. Put your feet in the hot tub at an unreasonable hour. Practice your short game. Take a nap. Pour a glass of wine and sit outside while the kids play.

    Or do absolutely nothing.

This house is meant to be enjoyed, not just slept in.

A KITCHEN THAT ACTUALLY WANTS YOU TO COOK

If you've stayed in enough vacation rentals, you know the difference.

This is a real, fully equipped kitchen with the things you actually need to make breakfast, feed a family, or cook a proper dinner together.

You'll find an air fryer, blender, Crock-Pots, serving dishes, cookware, and plenty of kitchen essentials.

There is also a full-size washer and dryer, particularly appreciated after a muddy day on the trails or a longer Bentonville stay.

Use the dishes. Cook the dinner. Pick the herbs. Make yourself at home.

    BRING THE WHOLE CREW

Traveling with a bigger group? Here's something pretty special: Pink Door manages six homes within walking distance of one another in this neighborhood.

Book multiple homes and everyone gets their own bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and space to retreat, while your favorite people are still just down the street.

It's a little like living out the childhood dream where all your best friends somehow grew up and bought houses in the same neighborhood.

Bike over for coffee. Send the cousins back and forth. Meet up before hitting the trails. Have dinner together, then wander home when you're ready.

Nearby walkable Pink Door homes include Casa Belaey, Baller House, Coler Crib, The Landing, The Well Spoke Inn, and Porch on 3rd.

Search the property names on Airbnb or send us a message before booking. We're happy to help you find the right combination of nearby homes for your group and dates.

    THAT'S REALLY THE POINT

The Well Spoke Inn isn't trying to feel like a hotel.

We want it to feel like someone was expecting you.

Like the good sheets are on the bed, the games are in the cabinet, the kitchen has what you need, there are books waiting to be opened, and the backyard is yours for the weekend.

It's a home for mountain bikers with good taste, families who want everyone to be happy, friends who haven't seen enough of each other lately, and people who simply want a beautiful place to land while they explore Bentonville.

Come ride hard. Come play. Come rest.

Or don't do much of anything.

    The hot tub doesn't care.

    Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the attached garage.

    The Neighborhood:

The Well Spoke Inn is tucked into a quiet residential cul-de-sac off NW 3rd Street, just five minutes from the Bentonville Square and beautifully positioned between Downtown Bentonville and Coler Mountain Bike Preserve.

One of the best things about staying here is how easily you can experience Bentonville on two wheels. From the neighborhood, connect to a protected bike lane and head toward Downtown or Coler. Spend the morning on the trails, stop for coffee at Airship Coffee at Coler, then bike into town for lunch, dinner, shopping, or a wander around the Square.

You're also just minutes from Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary, Bentonville's trail system, and the restaurants, coffee shops, art, and outdoor experiences that make Northwest Arkansas such a special place to visit.

    Then come home.

That's the beauty of this location. You're close to so much, but at the end of the day you get to turn back into a peaceful neighborhood, pull into the garage, put the bikes away, and disappear into your own little garden.

Downtown when you want it. Trails when you want them. A hot tub waiting when you're done.

    Other Things to Note:

This home is located in a growing neighborhood where development is actively underway. While the property itself is private and relaxing, there may be occasional construction noise in the surrounding area during the day. While we can’t guarantee total silence, we do want you to be comfortable. If you experience any excessive noise outside of the city's quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM), please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We’re here to help make your stay as peaceful as possible.

Nothing ruins a getaway like a rushed Sunday morning. Sleep in, sip your coffee, or hit the trails one last time, because Pink Door is a vibe, and early Sunday checkouts are not it. Enjoy a complimentary noon checkout on Sundays!
