The Space:

Welcome to The Ville, a comfortable three-bedroom, two-bath Bentonville home designed for family vacations, biking trips, business travel, and extended stays in Northwest Arkansas.

The single-level layout provides plenty of room to relax and reconnect. Gather in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or enjoy time together around the dining table. Complimentary WiFi and a dedicated workstation make it easy to stay connected, work remotely, or plan the next day’s Bentonville adventures.



The home features one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. A queen-size inflatable mattress is also stored in the closet for additional sleeping flexibility. The maximum occupancy is seven guests. Two full bathrooms include a jetted garden tub for a relaxing soak after a full day of riding, sightseeing, or meetings. A private washer and dryer make longer stays and active vacations especially convenient. Cyclists can store bikes and riding gear inside the secure garage. Please note that the garage is reserved for bike storage and is not available for vehicle parking. The rear parking area accommodates two vehicles, and one additional vehicle may be parked curbside.Outside, enjoy the patio furniture and compact Green Egg grill while winding down after the day’s activities.



In addition, Coler Mountain Trailhead is approximately 1 mile from the house only having to cross one city street to access. From mountain biking and downtown dining to Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, and Northwest Arkansas business destinations, The Ville provides a practical and welcoming home base for your Bentonville stay.
