  • New! Welcome to The Five & Ten on A St. where everything Bentonville has to offer is just a 5 or 10 minute walk or ride away.

    Walk to the Square, coffee, dining, parks, the Greenway, The Momentary, 8th St Market and Walmart HQ. Bike to Crystal Bridges, Slaughter Pen, Coler and more. Park the car and explore with ease at this premier central location. At home, you’ll find a relaxing outdoor patio space, thoughtful amenities throughout, a bonus room with standing desk and bike rack in the garage.

    The house has four bedrooms set up to be comfortable and flexible. The primary has a king bed, two bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth is set up as a dedicated office if you need to get some work done.

    The main living space is open and easy to hang out in, with a big sectional couch, a dining table for six, and three seats at the kitchen island.

    Out back, there’s a deck set up as a lounge, great for a drink or just relaxing after the day
