Excellent Stay

This is an excellent VRBO property. The house is in excellent condition, the kitchen is well equipped with good quality appliances and utensils, the location is great and the host was very responsive to our questions. Currently there is construction on the nearby street but it didn't bother us and should be finished soon. This is probably one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in. Thank you for a clean, comfortable and quality place to stay!

Overall great central location close to the trails and town.The main road was a bit noisy in the morning and the the bike garage was not secure for our bike storage. (Garage door did not lock).I would consider staying here again.

Family time in Bentonville at the Mountain Bikers Paradise

We came to visit family in Bentonville and stayed in this fabulous home . . . the Mountain Bikers Paradise. The home was perfect! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! The location was great with easy access to downtown. Our grandchildren loved "coming to our house" to visit, play games and have meals together. Our hosts were helpful and available in the event we had questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay for a mountain biking weekend lived up to the name. The location was unbeatable as it was close to downtown, trails, and everything we needed. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and had a great modern vibe that made it easy to relax after long rides.The “bike garage” out back was a huge bonus. Super convenient for securing our bikes, with the option and tools to work on them as well. It’s clear the place was designed with riders in mind. My brother-in-law and I couldn’t have asked for a better setup. We definitely recommend this place!

This is a very nice home in a great Bentonville area. We found everything to be as pictured/described. It was extremely clean, up to date, tastefully decorated, and the hosts have thought of everything needed to make a stay here comfortable. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and that the TV’s were easy to operate. The house is managed by Evolve and communication was detailed and timely. Truly enjoyed our stay here!

The host messaged early on the day of our arrival to let us know about construction going on in the neighborhood. It was no problem navigating around it. Also - as an added bonus there was a lovely Christmas tree in the living room. It was such a lovely addition to our stay.

Great place to stay!

The house was very clean with beautiful decor and comfy beds! Very walkable to downtown Bentonville and surrounding area. They are doing construction on the road next to the house which was a little loud during the day, but they weren’t working on the weekend or in the evenings. There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels. We ran out of toilet paper on the last night of our stay.

Wonderful!! Thank you host and management company for this wonderful property. Beautifully remodeled home. Designer tile choices in bathrooms and kitchen with up-to-date appliances and fixtures. Comfortable beds with tasteful modern furnishings. Was well thought out and has everything you need. It's in a great location. The only reason we did not walk to the town square is that one friend has mobility issues, but it took us maybe a minute to get there by car. My friends were also very impressed by this property and all of us had a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again on the next trip to Bentonville!

I met a couple of friends in Bentonville for a girl’s weekend and the house was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and cute, and very well furnished and supplied.
