Entire House/Apt. Sleeps 5! WALK/BIKE EVERYWHERE! This is not your ordinary airbnb! Sunny 2 bedroom, modern 750 sq. ft. space, nestled in tall trees, steps away from the Bentonville Square, The Momentary Art Museum, and The Razorback Greenway Biking and Hiking Trails! 7 minute walk to Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Cyclist have Upgrade Garage Storage option for gear/furnished mountain bike racks (2)/washing station! Filtered In-House Drinking water. Washer/ dryer/laundry detergent provided. Driveway parking for 2 cars...UPDATE: 9/2020 WI FI SIGNAL STRONG FLYS!

This unique space is located one flight of stairs above our 2 free reserved off-street parking spaces, for our guest. Cyclist love our upgrade option for secure garage bike storage. The Treehouse is located just three blocks from the square and just as close to the Momentary Museum. Head east and you'll be on the Razorback Greenway in a minute!
Guest access:
Host or host representative greets all guest, upon arrival, and provides guest with keyless entry code at that time. Keyless entry.

Other Things to Note:
For Liability reasons, IT IS OUR POLICY that the person who books the dwelling must personally be staying there. You CANNOT book and pay for 3 party guests, unless
you stay on the property with your guests.

Observation of House Rules is strictly enforced. Upon check out, if there is apparent negligence to house rules, we reserve the right to invoice your card on file, up to $500, for additional cleaning and damages to the house/property.

Treehouse is located one flight of stairs above the 2 car off-street parking reserved for our guests. Garage storage for bikes is an upgrade option, prior to arrival. This sparkling clean home is a shoe-free, pet-free, smoke-free property. We do everything we can to be as allergen-free as possible. We provide sensitive laundry detergent and dryer balls.(NO fabric softener, please!)This property is recommended for children 12 years and older. We do not make exceptions for younger children.

Convenient & quaint

Well maintained granny flat unit right near downtown & trails. Bike storage & wash was an unadvertised plus. Mikki is kind & welcoming but check in was a little tricky because she requires meeting in person. Information spread throughout the unit on notes & signs (wifi, rules, checkout) would be best shared in a single place or through the app for easy reference.
