Old world charm surrounds you in this unique renovated one room schoolhouse. Two upstairs bedrooms (king and queen bed with white linens) added to this 1840 gem with heat pump mini splits and custom woodwork and furniture throughout. Sleep in the main room on a handmade Murphy bed to experience the first floor sleeping. Full kitchen with new appliances, many cutting boards and a Blackstone griddle on the chill back porch. Additionally I have a canoe stored at lake Jean that you are welcome to use while visiting. Fire pit and an EV car charger are also here for you.
