About this property
INDIANA AVENUE BEACH HOUSE 5 BDRMS. 4 BATHS. ACCOMMODATES TWELVE GUESTS!
- The Indiana Avenue Beach House is available to mature, responsible and respectful families only. Our home is located in a peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood and is not well suited for loud groups nor late night parties. The home has five bedrooms total. One bedroom is located on the first floor and four bedrooms are located on the second floor. There are four bedrooms with queen beds and the fifth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. There are four full baths. One full bathroom is located on the first floor and three bathrooms are located on the second floor. Two of the three second floor bathrooms are en suite and located within a bedroom. Plenty of room for everyone!
Please note that we do not have a huge yard. There is enough room for a game of Baggo, horse shoes, ring toss, etc. in the front or side yard. For outdoor activities that need more space, we are a very short distance to South Haven's South Beach and Kid's Corners Public Park. Just to be clear, we do not have a huge yard. What we do offer is the most ideal location centered between downtown South Haven and Lake Michigan!!!
Given the size and location, we feel the Indiana Avenue Beach House is the perfect home for your family's summer vacation!!!
