One of the lights in the room wasn’t working, and the AC unit appeared to be leaking slightly during my stay. The TV remote also didn’t function, likely due to corroded batteries. Additionally, the toiletries provided were quite small. With a bit more upkeep and attention to these details, the experience could be much more comfortable."

"Rooms were clean and roomy, kitchen was well-stocked, and they have a converted garage/ weight room/ game room to fight off boredom. It was close to a venue we had to be at so the location was perfect for us. We had a blast playing the games at the house- Jenga and Yahtzee."

"Communication from host was excellent. House was new and clean and had several nice little amenities like pickleball paddles, frisbee, dog toys. We didn't have a chance to use any, but they were nice add-ons."

"We loved our stay at “Life is Good on 18th Street”!! We live 5 hours away and were in town for our granddaughters 2nd birthday. We were able to have a lot of family time that we’ve been missing out on. The home was very spacious so everyone had their own space and no one felt cramped or crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some and we were able to have family meals together instead of going out to eat. We even grilled! There was plenty of room to play inside and out allowing us to really spend some time with our grandbaby. My husband even went for a morning ride thanks to the bikes found in the garage for use. Although we didn’t bring our dogs, there was also a large dog crate in the garage that would have been very handy if we had. The entire home was spotless. Probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The hosts were wonderful, checking in with us soon after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and making sure we knew how to reach them if we found we did need something. Check in and out was super easy. The neighborhood was friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. "
