  • This country-living, completely renovated, 2-story house can sleep up to 12 guests. Downstairs you will find an open space fully-equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1 full), and 1.5 bathrooms. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds in each) and 1 full bathroom. All linens are provided. This property is conveniently located to I-40 and I-95 and adjacent to the property with Broadslab Distillery (within walking distance) and adjacent to The Barn at Broadslab event center.

    Happy's House is 'nestled among the pines' creating complete serenity. You can enjoy the rockers on the front porch or the furniture on the patio. With the fully equipped and stocked kitchen and the outdoor grill, bring your food and cook your meals!

    The living room has a large ROKU tv and each bedroom has a ROKU tv for your enjoyment.

Gathering Place

This property is spotless, well designed, and a perfect location for a weekend with friends. Plenty of space and well stocked. Just a few minutes from the town so easy to pick up whatever we needed. Everything feels new and is very well looked after. Lots of space inside and out. We were 7 adults and never felt crowded

We were so happy with this place. The location is a straight shot to Benson. We enjoyed the front porch and the fireplace. This house is clean, roomy, lots of tv choices, nice appliances, comfortable beds, roomy, wonderful country location, quiet, some of us went on the distillery tour, which was amazing-the children played in the backyard pines needing nothing other than their imaginations. One minor suggestion is to have a mirror somewhere else in addition to the bathrooms. The check out is easy. Staying here met all of our needs. We will book again, I am sure.
