"Booked a king suite Was told tv in livingroom has missing remote as that's where the sleeper sofa was. So my kids couldn't watch tv the entire three days No drinking cups just ice bucket Shampoo that's attached in shower was empty Pool was dirty with leaves and branches the entire three days Hot tub was broken for two days with no heat then on Saturday it was fixed No outdoor pool towels "

"Upon arrival, room was a little dirty. The bathroom needed a good sweep and the There was a cookie right by the front door. The check in lady was the only one who wasn’t friendly. The rest of the staff was great especially the waitress at breakfast. She’s super friendly and caring. Beautiful views for photos. Nice little walk around the resort. Lots of photo ops. "

"The staff were so friendly and hospitable here. The bed was incredibly comfy, and there was a decent breakfast in the morning. The only thing is there is a decorative rope along the wall, and it is so gross, you can tell it is not dusted or cleaned."

"Great overall. The pool could be a little cleaner. But the staff were great and food was great and the weather and views were amazing. Even though it is old property, everything was clean."

"The staff was great. Stephanie behind the desk was very helpful and professional. The thing that I did not like was that the door to the room was not sealed properly. The water took a long time to get hot. Breakfast was nothing to write home about."

"This hotel is supposed to be renovated. We were not told and until it is rooms should NOT be sold. Our experience was absolutely horrible. Alarms going off, horrible room conditions, dirty and so much more. The Hotel Manager confirmed when we were checking out to give us a complete refund and said "consider it done." Unfortunately, he did not live up to his word and we did not have anything in writing. He further explained that he was only there 4 months and prior to him they did NOT have a manager and the staff was running the hotel. Filed a complaint and will never stay at ANY Holiday Inn & Express. Too bad they did not live up to their word and even admitted how bad our experience was at the hotel."

"Front desk not helpful, discourteous. Possible short staff throughout the hotel. Room wasn’t ready . Housekeeping behind on cleaning rooms. Not enough parking forced to used valet.( although valet attendants very helpful and attentive) resort Accommodations very dated ( I believe they’re planning on renovating) . The pool area and overall grounds were inviting. The shop attendants very pleasant, bartender very good and informative. The coffee shop needs more attendants to be more efficient and timely. Overall , I wouldn’t stay there again."
