"We arrived at the hotel late friday but was greeted with friendly hotel staff. Our room didnt have a working AC unit, but we were offered another room and that worked great. Camille at the concierge was very helpful and hotel staff in general was very courteous. We will definitely book again if we are in the Tucson area. "
