"Beautiful absolutely stunning "

"The exterior property is beautiful and the view of the mountains is lovely. Our room was spacious and very clean. To be totally honest, there were some issues. The bed pillows had to be old because there was an unpleasant odor coming from all of them. We had two queen beds with 3 pillows on each bed and honestly, every one of these pillows smelled old and really unpleasant. I did not sleep with any of them. They need to replace those pillows. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Westward Look. It was very relaxing and the staff were excellent. We enjoyed walking on the trails and around the grounds. It was great to have the pool bar open on the hot March days! Our room was spacious, clean and newly renovated!!"

"Mixed reviews for this hotel. Room was clean but very outdated. Bathroom was poorly constructed with the door blocking the toilet and shower. Entire hotel needs an update with the times. Pool is okay but it’s just a large cement area but again decent. For a quick trip like mine, it was all fine. What I didn’t like is upon checkout, I was informed I had to pay a parking charge and front shop charge. First off, I travelled there for less than 48hrs and didn’t have a car so I never asked for parking. That ended up being removed from the bill but then according to the desk person I had a 22$ charge to the room from the front snack store. I never even stepped inside the store. Let alone purchased something to the room. I told the front desk that charge is incorrect and he told me the manager will have to investigate this but they are not currently here and the charge will have to go through in the meantime. I asked about the process when someone bills something to the room, and he assured me the person has to state their room number and last name. Well I travelled by myself so there wasn’t anyone else that could have done this and I’d personally love to see who charged it on the camera. This isn’t the first “unjustified charge” for this hotel on the internet , so there’s also that. I will be disputing this charge with both the manager and my credit card. It’s the principle. lol I didn’t even drink the water bottles in the room, let alone go eat the random process snacks. "
