Situated 50 metres from the beach, it can accommodate up to 2 guests and is on the 1st floor (no lift). It comprises a living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room and a balcony where you can enjoy sunny days. You’ll have access to all amenities without needing to use your car during your stay, if you prefer. For a holiday spent exploring on foot or by bike, in a pleasant and quiet residence with ocean views and free Wi-Fi, we’re just waiting for you!

The flat is laid out as follows:

- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchenette (coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Cookéo, etc.)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190),
- A bathroom with shower (renovated in 2026)
- Separate toilet

Outside the “Cap Glénan” residence:

Situated at the mouth of the River Odet – described as ‘the prettiest river in France’ – and facing the famous Glénan Islands, Bénodet stands out both for the beauty of its coastline, which is part of the GR34 walking route, and for the diversity of its landscapes. It offers a wide range of activities, leisure pursuits, relaxation and entertainment.
