"I stayed in the Diplomat Suite at The Hamilton Hotel for five nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. The internet connection in the suite was extremely unreliable and often unusable, which created significant problems because I was working remotely during my stay. On multiple occasions I had to leave my room and work from the hotel lobby just to get a stable connection.
Housekeeping was another major concern. Despite staying for five days, our room was never properly serviced. We did not receive the level of cleaning and housekeeping support that should be expected during a multi-night stay, especially in a suite category.
The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff I interacted with were polite, but the combination of poor Wi-Fi and the lack of room cleaning significantly impacted the overall experience. For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better operational standards and guest service.
I would not choose to stay in the Diplomat Suite again unless these issues were addressed."
"The location of the hotel is great, and central to everything. The overall hotel decor was disjointed and strange, not exactly welcoming. The lobby restaurant was nice and inviting. The beds are comfy. The water in the shower never got hot, it was lukewarm at best (bordering COLD!) Check in / out very smooth, very friendly staff."
"Disappointing: Check in offered 1 hour after stated tine despite multiple requests for early check-in requests that began 23 hours prior to our arrival (1 message day before , 1 phone call 9 AM, another in person request at noon, then approaching desk again at 2 PM, tgen again 2 hours again at check in time at 3PM.) Manager was involved since 3PM and keys provided at about 4:00 PM or just after. Room a bit older in some aspects no hand held shower and cheaper quality soft beds. Associates at front desk seemed average but clearly unable to facilitate an on time check in nor could the manager despite our waiting for them.
GOOD: Roof top overlook and Geoff’s restaurant."

"Our stay was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and our room was PERFECT! The robes were a perfect touch after a long day, and we felt completely relaxed for a good night’s sleep."
