"A wonderful little hotel in what was once a family home. The hotel has personality and a wonderfully cozy ambiance. The host was very personable and polite, and was a joy to converse with. The room had great personality, and each room has their own individual style. Our room had plenty of space to move around, and did not feel stuffy or confined. The bed was an incredibly comfortable four-poster. We will definitely mark this as a hotel to revisit whenever we are in the area. "

"This is a beautiful, historic property and pretty consistent with the photos on the website. The room I had was just as pretty with some antique furnishings, but of course in person you notice that it is an old building. The room was a great size, and I loved the hardwood floors. The bathroom was also large and you are provided a sundry of items for convenience. The bed was comfortable, though it did seem to have a center depression. The only other issue I had was that though the the showerhead seemed to have a dial to adjust pressure, I was not able to. Overall the property is in great condition. The staff were welcoming, and the breakfast was outstanding, served in their traditional, historic, and charming restaurant space."

"The place was like something out of a fairy tale. We had our grand daughters with us and the theme was princess. They dressed up and decorated. It was really fun. They played outside and inside, plenty of room. Everything we needed was there. The frig was large enough to keep everybody well fed. "

"Absolutely horrible, felt like a waste of money so I didn’t go back for check in at 3 even though it was listed at 2pm. Went with somewhere else."
