What stood out most was the exceptional cleanliness of the entire hotel including our room. Housekeeping maintained it to a meticulous standard. It was clear that the staff goes beyond routine cleaning—they aim for perfection. Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at during our travels. Had a celebratory dinner at Morton's Steakhouse, Exceptional service and atmosphere that elevated the entire experience. Every detail—from the attentive staff to the perfectly cooked dinners—made this one of the best dining experiences. Upon noticing that it was a family celebration they created a personal touch by printing special graduation menus."

A hot breakfast was newly started and the eggs were better tasting than alot of other smaller hotel buffet types . Staff was very helpful and willing to help with any needs. While I understand availability issues happen, the room layout was not comfortable for my stay and did not match my expectations when booking.
