"This was a nice home in a nice neighborhood. It was in a great location for us as it was very near to BYU and we were there for our granddaughters graduation. The house could use some upgrades and/or TLC. There were 5 bedrooms so it gave us lots of room to spread out which was nice, a lot of room ..."
