LAY OUT : This villa with a sweet and modern style is spread over two floors communicated by an inside and an outside staircase. On the main floor is the living room with large sliding windows open to the garden and comfortable leather sofas. The fully equipped kitchen is open the dining room and to the terrace. All decorated with a classic style creating a fresh and welcoming atmosphere at the same time. On the same floor are two bedrooms (one with double bed and access to the terrace and the other with two single beds). Still on that level we will find a bathroom with shower and washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there is a fabulous bedroom with a large window and a double bed and its en suite bathroom with shower. It is worth mentioning that this bedroom has an access to a terrace.



EXTERIOR : The plot is entirely fenced and we access by a few steps. There is an uncovered car park where you can park one car. On the terrace is an overflowing pool with incredible views of the coast. This terrace is furnished with sunbeds and sofas for you to relax. There is also a covered dining area with electric grill where you could appreciate nice evenings next to the illuminating pool.



LOCATION : It is located in a quiet area close to the town of Moraira. At only 12 minutes in car from the lovely beach of El Portet and from delicious restaurants. You are also at 5 minutes from the famous Moraig cove and its blue water and its bars.
