LAY OUT: Mykonos is a single storey villa. As soon as we enter the property we directly access an open space where we will find the living room with a chaise-longue sofa for 5 guests, as well as an armchair and a coffee table. In this same space, there is also a TV as well as a fireplace. Behind the sofa, you will find a dining table and chairs that can accommodate all guests. The American kitchen has all the materials and elements necessary for the correct preparation of meals for the whole family and friends. This villa has three bedrooms: two of them have an extra large double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The villa also has another bathroom with a shower.



EXTERIOR: Both the living room and one bedroom offer access to the terrace through the large windows. The covered terrace is formed by an outside dining table. Next to it, there is a small chillout area with a sofa, two armchairs and two outdoor coffee tables. In addition, we will also find a Balinese bed where we can contemplate magnificent sunrise and sunset. The infinity-style pool is surrounded by hammocks to enjoy the good Mediterranean climate. In the other part of the property we will find an outdoor dining table with capacity for 6 people. Upon entering the property, we have an area to park several cars.



LOCATION: Villa located in the Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell, with beautiful views of the sea and unobstructed views. The villa is located in a residential and very quiet area where we can enjoy our vacations.
