Villa Casa dos Leones is located in Benitachell on the Cumbre Del Sol mountain, not far from the sea and the beach. The 3 bedrooms and ensuite bathroom are completely renovated in 2025. The villa offers a beautiful private outdoor area with a pool and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The well-equipped villa features a living room with marble floors, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets, and is suitable for 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, and a washing machine. The child-friendly accommodation also provides a baby cot and a high chair.



Bedroom 1: king-size bed for 2 people with adjoining ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: queen-size bed for 2 people.

Bedroom 3: double bed with safe.



The highlight of the property is the fantastic private outdoor area, consisting of a garden, a pool with outdoor shower, and an open terrace with sun loungers. From here, you have a unique sea view. Directly next to the pool is a bar with fridge and a cozy dining area. You can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and enjoy them with your group.



A supermarket is just a 2-minute walk from the accommodation and offers a wide range of groceries and drinks. Next to the supermarket you will find a pharmacy and a restaurant with a large public pool. A tennis court is within walking distance (about 10 minutes). The pebble beach "Cala del Moraig" is 1.7 km away (about 5 minutes by car). The towns of Moraira and Calpe offer wide sandy beaches for sunbathing, swimming, and relaxing (15 and 30 minutes by car, respectively).

Really nice house with super location

Pros: We stayed 9 nights with our 2 adult sons and daughters-in-law. 6 in total. We enjoyed every single day. Super location with a view to the sea and within walking distance to a good supermarket and a good restaurant. Nice terrace around the pool. Cozy house which is very well equipped, and a Weber gas grill was top class. Very helpful hosts who were easy to get hold of before, during and after the stay. Would love to come again. Cons: There were only 4 sunbeds for a 6-person house, so we bought two more ourselves in Care Four. We had been told this by the owners before the stay and they said that it was due to a lack of space, but we got it to work fine with 6 sunbeds. Suggest buying two sunbeds that can be folded together when not in use (possibly use the ones we bought that stayed in the house 😉).

The nicest place we have ever been to

Pros: The nicest place we have ever been to. A beautiful house with a fantastic view. It was hot when we were there, about 30 degrees but it was good with a little wind. The house had everything we needed plus a little extra. A well-equipped kitchen with a good coffee maker. 2 refrigerators for cold drinks. It was also very child-friendly. I especially liked that there were 3 doors that we could lock to the pool in the evening, so we were safe that the children wouldn't get out in the morning when we were sleeping.

Fantastic villa with everything you need in a great location

Pros: The private pool not overlooked was perfect and the terrace very pretty with lots of shady spots and beautiful flowering plants and the sea view from the pool terrace is lovely. Cons: A car is essential as in the heat with the hills it is not possible to walk far!

Se encuentra en la cumbre del Sol, donde desde la piscina tenemos unas vistas preciosas al Mar, además tenemos supermercado, restaurante y farmacia a dos minutos andando de la casa. La casa dispone de todo, no le falta nada, para pasar una estancia larga. Casa muy recomendable, muy contentos con la casa de Toon.

La maison est Très bien équipée et propre Elle est grande, bien entretenue, elle a un très beau jardin, la piscine est superbe et a fait le bonheur de nos enfants... ET cerise sur le gâteau : la vue est splendide , vraiment magnifique !!! La maison se situe à 3 minute à pied du super marché, à quelques kilomètres de Moraira, Javea, et Denia, ,où il y a pas mal de divertissement pour des enfants en bas âges ! ( féria , parcs d’attractions ...) Nous recommandons à 150% et y retournerons sûrement ! De plus , Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mr Jacco , qui s’occupe des guests , il est sympathique et charmant , quant aux propriétaires, ils sont très à l’écoute , et efficaces !
