Ein schönes Ferienhaus in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend. Leider wurde uns das Urlaubsvergnügen von Anfang an bis einschließlich der Abreise (trotz endloser Versuche, diese reibungslos zu gestalten) durch den unglaublich enttäuschenden Service des Managers oder von Belvilla genommen. Wir empfehlen daher, das Haus über einen anderen Anbieter zu mieten und keine Extras wie Bettwäsche, Kinderstuhl oder Kinderbett, Haustier usw. in die Reservierung einzubeziehen. Diese sind vor Ort nicht vorhanden und das Haustier kann auch vor Ort abgegeben werden.

Der Empfang ist perfekt, Anette ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist in einwandfreiem Zustand, rund um das Haus liegen lose Gegenstände wie kaputte Gartenlampen und ein kaputter Stuhl. Das WLAN ist ausgesprochen schlecht und fällt ständig aus. Wenn man einen Chromecast an den Fernseher anschließt, fällt es ständig aus. Das Haus ist innen und außen sauber, die Fenster verdienen jedoch eine Reinigung, sie sind wirklich dreckig und wurden vielleicht vom Reinigungsdienst vergessen. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet viel Privatsphäre und der Pool ist super. Die Gegend ist ruhig, obwohl wir im Juni und nicht in der Hochsaison hier sind, aber steil, das Laufen kann man hier vergessen. Wir mieten seit Jahren jedes Jahr ein anderes Haus in Spanien und es gibt überall etwas zu kritisieren, das wird sich aber nicht negativ auf den Urlaub auswirken. Kurz gesagt, ein schönes Haus, das meiner Meinung nach preisgünstig ist.

Schöne Villa mit allem Zubehör. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer. Schönes Schwimmen im Pool. Die Villa ist gut gelegen. Innerhalb von 10 Autominuten sind Sie bereits im Zentrum von Moraira. Große Einkaufszentren und andere Dörfer erreichen Sie innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr professionell, flexibel und gut erreichbar.

Was für eine großartige Lage! Haus ist sauber und in Ordnung. Swimmingpool glückselig und gut gepflegt. Sie werden auch nicht von den Nachbarn belästigt (keine Einsicht der Nachbarn). Auch netter Empfang. Keine Nachteile, brauche nur ein Auto für alles wegen der sehr steilen Straßen :)

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus genossen! Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg in einer großen Villa. Weil es hoch ist, haben Sie einen schönen Blick auf das Tal und das Meer. (Miet-) Auto ist wirklich eine Voraussetzung, um dorthin zu gelangen. Der Empfang war angenehm auf Niederländisch und das Haus und der Pool sind super sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Kürzlich wurden in beiden Schlafzimmern Klimaanlagen aufgestellt, sehr schön. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu tun in Bezug auf Strände, angenehme Städte usw. Sie können Ihre Einkäufe am Fuße des Berges erledigen (5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen. Schon Heimweh!

Ausgezeichneter Empfang, Haus ist komplett wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Nur, das WIFI ist nicht in Übereinstimmung mit der Website, das Bunel ist nicht pro Woche, sondern pro Zeitraum (und was der Zeitraum nicht klar ist). Als wir ankamen, war das Paket bereits benutzt und wir hatten während der 2 Wochen nur eine sehr langsame Internetverbindung!

the Garden „Genehmigung nicht aufrechterhalten wird, unbrauchbar und sieht aus wie eine Wüste Eigenschaft wird in der Beschreibung als geschlossen dargestellt, sondern“ Zugang n „ist nicht durch ein Tor Housekeeping geschlossen, bevor wir sehr schlecht gemacht angekommen war (Haare und Staub ein wenig überall ... etc.), obwohl wir 80 Euro obligatorische Reinigungsklimaanlage ist nur im lebendigen Atem „warmer Luft bezahlt! das „Fehlen von Hinweisen auf“ Verwendung von Geräten der Villa, wo alles in deutscher Sprache geschrieben ist, macht es unbrauchbar vorhandenes Material (das „Englisch minimal ist) Anwesenheit Geschirr in Küchenschränken beschädigt und schließlich der“ Strom, der bezahlt wird für all c „ist, dass wir durch einen über die Filterpumpe der verwendeten erhalten Lassen“ Schwimmbadwasser und Ausfälle des Kellers, während wir „Zugang haben didn, vor allem profitabel für den Besitzer, es macht 6 Jahre wir in La Cumbre del Sol und c mieten „ist beispiellos, wir haben immer viel viel besser daran gewöhnt! mieten für diejenigen zu vermeiden, die Komfort mögen und nicht unangenehme Überraschungen.

Villa Renate ist ein schönes Haus, viel für vier Personen mit zwei Bädern und zwei Wohnbereichen. Es war noch schöner und größer, als wir gedacht hatten. Die Aussicht auf das Tal und auf das Meer war wunderschön. Der Pool war schön 10 Minuten Supermarkt und Strand koelen.De mit dieser Hitze regelmäßig zu fahren. Aktuell oder haben mit dem Fahrrad nicht, zu gefährlich und zu schwer, weil man auf einem Berg war. Die Manager Els und Jacco sind sehr freundliche Menschen, die alles arrangiert haben. Kurz gesagt, ist diese Villa ein Muss!
