Beautiful villa with private pool, super quiet area

Very sunny, modern apartment with large private pool, terrace with all day sun + covered terrace.
Very quietly located on a beautiful green walking environment and yet at 8km from the beach of Moraira and Benitachell (with a beautiful cave in the sea).
Beautiful spacious living and dining room with modern furniture and beautiful sight.
The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, hot air oven and microwave.
3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with two single beds with shower, sink and toilet and 1 bedroom with double bed with jacuzzi, double sink, WC. The beds are of a good quality hotel!
All comforts: air conditioning, safe, radio CD, DVD, satellite TV (42 "LCD) TV Flanders or CanaalDigitaal (optional); free WIFI.
There is a private parking at the house for 2 cars behind a closed sliding gate.
