Villa El Fadri - Five Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 10
El Fadri is a very attractive modern villa at the end of a cul de sac, just a short walk to the local cove and within easy reach of amenities. The large 12 x 5m pool* takes centre stage with plenty of sunbathing areas and shaded corners for you to make the most of the outdoors. A coal BBQ is to the far side of the patio with comfortable dining seating for enjoying those meals al fresco.
You enter the villa on the ground floor which opens into a spacious, bright open plan lounge, diner & kitchen, which is fitted with all modern appliances. On this floor you also find the utility room with the washing machine, WC and a double bedroom with ensuite shower bathroom.
Upstairs there are 2 more double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower. One double and one twin share access to the upper terrace, an ideal spot for morning coffees and late nightcaps.
This tastefully decorated villa is a very welcome addition to our Costa Blanca programme and is in a great location to be able to visit both Calpe & Moraira areas.
