This beautiful holiday villa is located in Benissa Costa, on the Costa Blanca, a few meters from the beach. It has capacity for 8 people and consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed over two floors. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.







On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with access to a large covered terrace and the pool. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. On this floor there are also two bedrooms with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.







On the upper floor, there is another living room with access to a terrace with wonderful views of the sea. You will also find a large bedroom with a double bed, sea views, access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.







Outside, the villa has a large terrace with a 10x5 meter pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. There is also a nice sunbathing area and a portable barbecue. In addition, the villa has a closed garage with capacity for two or three vehicles.







The location of the villa is ideal as it is located just 250 meters from the sandy beach "La Fustera" or a rock cove. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are 500 meters away. Levante Beach and the promenade are 2.4 km away, while Calpe center is 4.5 km away. The center of Moraira is also accessible at 8.4 km.







Some additional observations are that the villa has free wifi and pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an additional fee.
