Nicole - villa with great views and private pool in Benissa

Nicole is an adorable traditional Mediterranean-style villa that profits from a convenient location only 10 minutes by car to Moraira center, a calm and sophisticated little town right by the beautiful coast. Moraira enjoys some of the most beautiful beaches and coves of Costa Blanca and many restaurants, bars, and shops. It has grown in tourist interest year by year and has become a hotspot for everyone looking for relaxing sun-filled holidays.

Nicole is in the famous Urbanization San Jaime, next to the Golf course Ifach by Benissa coast. The villa is equipped with the essential central heating and A/C to provide you with comfort at any time of the year. It offers parking for 2 cars that flow towards the bright exterior of the villa, there, we find a private swimming pool, sunbeds, and a welcoming covered terrace right next to the pool with BBQ, all encompassed by a delightful Mediterranean style garden offering a high level of privacy.

From the parking place, we flow into the house's interior, where all the accommodation is on one level. We enter to cozy dining that flows to the large living room with Sat+TV+A/C, with access to the pool terrace. A fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with A/C, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Another double bedroom and a bathroom.

Its loyal Mediterranean style atmosphere, plus a sunroof with its panoramic and sea views will make it hard for you to leave this lovely spot.

Estancia muy cómoda pese a algunos detalles

Positivo: limpieza interior y ubicación, zona muy tranquila, ideal para ir en familia... Negativo: no leí por ningún lado que los perretes tienen un suplemento por día, no podíamos ver ningún canal de televisión en castellano (no nos dieron solución), no te dejan cosas básicas (lavavajilla, estropajo, papel higiénico, bolsa de basura), las partes traseras de la casa están abandonadas, las vistas que prometen de la terraza superior no se ven por no estar el árbol debidamente podado...
