It features an excellent terrace, a chill-out area, and a barbecue area. You'll love its elegant decor, which combines Mediterranean and contemporary styles. Pets are not allowed. Buenavista enjoys an excellent location, 1.6 km from Advocat Beach and 2 km from Cala Baladrar, with its exclusive Olala restaurant, 5 km from Moraira, and 7 km from Calpe.

Layout: Buenavista was newly built in 2018 on a large 1,337 m2 plot with a total constructed area of 250 m2 spread over two separate floors. The entire house is air-conditioned and has individual split units in each room. On the upper floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with large windows overlooking the sea and access to a large terrace facing the pool. The living room connects to a modern kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen utensils necessary for a perfect stay. On the same floor, there are two large bedrooms with bathrooms and a laundry room. One of the bedrooms has a good workspace. On the ground floor, independent from the rest of the house, there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. One of them has a work desk and accessories for using tablets or PCs. All rooms are tastefully decorated and have air conditioning.
The 1,332 m2 exterior of the home features a large pool with sun loungers, a unique terrace with a large table, a large chill-out area, and a barbecue area.
