    With capacity for 4 people, the accommodation features 1 bedroom equipped with 2 single beds and a sofa bed with 2 single beds, guaranteeing comfort for everyone.



    The complete bathroom with bathtub provides the rest you need after days full of adventures. The sea and pool views from your window will create magical moments that you will remember forever.





    The independent ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and everything necessary to prepare delicious meals. Every detail has been thought out for your comfort.





    Enjoy the air conditioning in the living room during the hottest days, whilst the heat pump heating keeps the space warm in winter.

    The community gym and tennis court allow you to stay active during your stay.





    The garden and the 12 m² terrace are ideal spaces to relax, enjoy fresh air and share special moments with your loved ones. The fenced plot provides security and privacy.

    Furthermore, we have two communal swimming pools: one outdoor and one heated, perfect for cooling off at any time. (the heated one is in use during winter)





    Do you travel with pets? No problem! We allow up to 2 pets (there are size and breed restrictions, and they incur a supplement if accepted, please enquire), so the whole family can enjoy together. The washing machine makes your stay worry-free.





    The location is exceptional: just 550 metres from the beautiful Levante Beach, 550 metres from the Mercadona supermarket and Benidorm's old town. You'll have easy access to restaurants, cafés and shops within a few steps. The water parks Aqualandia and Aqua Natura, as well as Terra Mitica and Terra Natura, are less than 6 km away. Alicante Airport is 58 km away.
