Levante Beach - First line

Excellent location in the quietest area of the Levante beach. The building has communal parking, pool and garden, 2 lifts and concierge (during the summer season also at night). The apartment has a living room with sea views, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom two people, a second bedroom for two people with a small ensuite service, and finally a third bedroom for two people. IMPORTANT!!! From January 01 to June 15 and from September 16 to December 31, arrivals on Sundays or any day of the week starting at 20:00 will have a supplement of 40 euros.

Lovely stay

Recently had a lovely weeks stay at the apartment. I would say the third bedroom has a pull out bed so would only really be good for children or a very small adult but the advert does say sleeps 6 and doesn’t state adults or children. Apartment was spotless. No English tv just Spanish channels which didn’t bother me but my elderly mum would like to listen to tv. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

El portero muy amable y correcto cualquier cosa te ayuda. Vistas y ubicación muy buena y debajo del edificio no hay restaurantes, asi que muy tranquilos. Apartamento, mobiliario y puertas necesitan reforma, pero la estancia fue muy cómoda

Op het eerste gezicht lijkt alles netjes, maar wanneer je beter kijkt is het appartement niet af, zijn er spullen stuk of zeer oud. -Wc doortrek-dop zit los, hierdoor valt hij geregeld in de wc -Verf is niet afgewerkt -Ramen kunnen niet open of dicht -Gordijnen kunnen niet op of dicht -Alleen Spaanstalige tv -Lan kabel tv is vervallen waardoor de tv enorm stoort -Douchecabine deur is niet stevig, hierdoor valt deze uit de rails -Contact met de huurbaas is niet netjes Zo kan ik nog wel even door gaan. Ik zeg, boek hier niet. Zonde van het geld

Idéal, bien placé

Appartement idéalement placé, en bord de mer et très proche de l'hyper centre, mais très calme. Accès sécurisé et emplacement pour véhicule dans parking privé fermé. Bien conçu, 3 chambres bien placées, une salle de bains et 2 wc.

Brilliant location, nice clean quiet apartment and block.

We arrived early hours and was meet as agreed by the acretaker who shown us up to our apartment. Apartment lovely clean with a brilliantly equipped modern kitchen. Location is fantastic. Nice and quiet at night time. Excellent, very happy family! Thank you Alberto!
